Vilene Tacky  is fibrous water-soluble stabilizer with a pressure sensitive tacky coating. Vilene WSS is similar to other nonwoven or pellon type fiber based stabilizers and does a good job of supporting embroidery designs on most fabric where complete stabilizer removal is needed. Because this is a water soluble stabilizer, it will dissolve completely in water.
